Empowered Foundation LLC was founded on this principle… we can all be empowered. This thought developed during a time when our founders, Artis and Kendra Taylor, were recovering from the loss of their daughter, Hannah. They felt a God-given mission to help people deal with the loss of babies as they experienced. Artis and Kendra began Empowered Foundation LLC as a nonprofit offering a service, free of charge, that purchased preemie and newborn clothing for families who had to bury their children. They also provided other resources to help families deal with their loss.
Their mission grew and they partnered with local missions to provide help with feeding the homeless, and sponsoring coat drives for homeless children. The mission of Empowered Foundation LLC is still growing as we seek to empower our community and the world.
Across the globe there are many people experience circumstances of despair and hopelessness, from neonatal loss to living in impoverished conditions. Optimism of rising above present conditions sometimes seems like an aloft dream. We are changing that.
Empowered Foundation seeks to enable people to live empowered lives by providing resources that help them attain healthy lifestyles, financial stability, academic achievement, and mental acumen. The generous donations of our partners provide us opportunities to carry out our mission and purpose.
